BUILDING
The Gemelos 26 apartments are part of a residential complex built in 2009. located in the Levante Beach area, wih supermarkets, shops, restaurantes, nightclubs and pubs nearby and only 300m to the beach. The complex has two buildings with 31 floors each, 4 lifts per building,with spacious common areas, including garden, tennis and padel couts, private iparking, a porter throughout the day. For the summer months there is a lake like swimming pool for adults and children and a heated pool for the rest of the year.
APARTMENTS
The apartments have 1 Bedroom (total 50m2) or 2 Bedroom (total 80m2) with a terrace looking forward the beach (300m away) a living room, equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron, wifi and safety deposit box. All apartments include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
On your arrival you may occupy the apartments is at 3pm and you must leave the apartment by 10am at the latest. Your departure time can be extended until 8pm, paying a supplement, subject to availability.
The € 200 deposit: The 200 euro deposit should be paid 14 days before your arrival. We will send you a link from BBVA bank (Redsys.es) for this payment. The deposit refund wil be made on the same credit card that it was charged to, 7 days after your departure, at the most, if there were no incidents.

If you arrive out of office hours, we will leave your keys in a safety deposit box next to our office and send you the code to open it.

For check-in, passport or ID details of all guess over the age of 14 must be sent in advance. We will send an email before your arrival reminding you of the information we need. You will receive the link with the Passenger Entry Form to complete it via SMS or e-mail.
