BUILDING

The Gemelos 20 apartments are part of a residential complex located in the center of the Levante Beach area, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and pubs all nearby. On the main  Europa Avenue, five minutes walk to the center of Benidorm and only 450m to the beach.

The complex has two buildings with 29 floors  each, built 2001, with spacious common areas, including solarium and garden, 3 lifts per building, private parking (extra charge) depending on availability,  24 hour surveillance cameras in public areas and a porter throughout the day. For the summer months there are swimming pools for adults and children.




APARTMENTS IN BENIDORM

The apartments have either 1 Bedroom (total 55m2) or 2 Bedrooms (total 75m2). They have a large sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the beach (450m away). The living room is equipped with a Smart TV,with international channels, air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron. Wifi and safety deposit box. All apartments include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

On your arrival you may occupy the  apartments is at 3 pm and you must leave the apartment by 10 am at the latest. Your departure time can be extended until 8 pm, paying a supplement, subject to availability.


The € 200 deposit: The 200 euro deposit should be paid 14 days before your arrival. We will send you a link from BBVA bank (Redsys.es) for this payment. The deposit refund wil be made on the same credit card that it was charged to, 7 days after your departure, at the most, if there were no incidents.

KEY COLLECTION

Check-in and key-collection takes place at the BENINTER office, Calle Ibiza 6, Benidorm, Phone (34) 96 585 70 60

If you arrive out of office hours, we will leave your keys in a safety deposit box next to our office and send you the code to open it.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm & 4 pm to 8 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm

Confirm your arrival time 48 hours before.

For check-in, passport or ID details of all guess over the age of 14 must be sent in advance. We will send an email before your arrival reminding you of the information we need. You will receive the link with the Passenger Entry Form to complete it via SMS or e-mail.

Lo único que mejoraría, seria el mobiliario (anticuado) y las camas ( colchón muy blando) Por lo demás todo perfecto. Lo recomiendo 100%
